The Interieur Awards are organised in the context of the 26th Biennale Interieur and feature two distinct categories: Objects & Spaces. Imagine and develop a cutting-edge concept for a bar that will surprise visitors and exhibitors during the Biennale Interieur 2018. Or send in a recently designed object that might be relevant to the living environment.
What to prepare?
To register you need to prepare: a PDF file of your project featuring elements such as moodboards, drawings, views, technical information and product information. Minimum 3 and maximum 5 images, renderings or sketches in HR (preference jpg) of the proposed object, min 300 dpi and A4 size. Finally you need to prepare a poster visually presenting and explaining the entire concept to the jury. Download the template for this poster.
Be aware that for the presentation to the jury all posters of entries will be printed and presented along the walls of the judging space. As such you will understand the importance of your poster as a first impression to the jury.

What is the exact deadline?
The deadline is April 30th 2018 at 11:59pm cet (central European time)
The theme
Submit a proposal for an innovative object that is relevant to the living environment, helps us improve our daily life and that is not in production yet.
Why is there a €125 registration fee?
The fee guarantees well-considered submissions by those who really want to go for it and allows us to welcome a high-profile international jury.
Please note that this registration fee only applies for 1 single object. If you wish to submit several objects, you have to pay as much registrations fees as objects.
What is the winning prize?
The Interieur Biennale npo will award a Grand Prize of 2,500 euro to the winning object. The Grand Prize winner, together with 20 other winning entries chosen by the jury, will be centre staged during the Biennale Interieur 2018: they will be on display for some 70,000 visitors.
Group Registration?
Groups will have to select a group representative who will register and enter the group proposal. The names of the additional group members can be added in the registration form.
